Hello SyncSignature Team, I'm writing to you as an enthusiastic potential user who is very keen to roll out SyncSignature for my team. However, we're currently blocked because there isn't a template that meets our need for a simple, professional, and clean design. Many of the current layouts, while creative, feel a bit over-designed for a minimalist corporate identity. The template we need is very straightforward. The essential layout is as follows: [Company Logo] Name (optional bold or in color) Position Phone: [Phone Number] Email: [Email Address] Web: [URL] [Social Media Icons] (Optional) To provide some context, I am the owner of an award-winning branding agency. I believe a template like this is not just a personal need but a significant business opportunity for you. I have often wanted to recommend SyncSignature to my clients, but the lack of a truly minimalist and professional template has unfortunately made that impossible. I am convinced that a simple, elegant template would be a huge success with countless businesses that value clean design. I hope you'll consider adding it to your collection soon. Add custom domains in signature links to improve email deliverability

Changes banners on automatically as per schedule.

Ability to create fully custom signatures.

Could we run signature experiments like we do with email campaigns? Like testing if 'Book a Call' works better than 'Schedule Demo' across the whole sales team, then automatically switch everyone to the winner? Example Marketing Campaign: Version A shows a 20% Off Sale, Version B shows a Limited Time Offer. This will track which drives more website visits or leads

Ability to move signature elements around. The templates don't match the existing signature I am trying to replicate.

Offer a digital business card in addition to signatures - competitors do this which gives them an edge because it's more than just signature only. Ability to tap iphone to send business cards to other iphones, 1 click add to contacts on all platforms. Apple and Google wallet support for the business card.

Instead of everyone getting the exact same signature, could AI give smart suggestions? Like automatically knowing salespeople probably want booking links while accountants might need compliance info? Example for better understanding HR Department: AI recommends adding the company careers page and its LinkedIn company page in Signtuare Sales Team Department: AI suggests adding her calendar booking system link and company mobile or phone number, something like this

Email open tracking is critical for sales, as it helps time follow-ups and close pending deals effectively. While it may not be 100% accurate due to previews or blockers, the insights are directionally valuable and have a huge impact on identifying engaged leads. I haven’t experienced major issues with bots or false opens before, so I believe this feature would significantly improve sales workflows.
